66 KSF Self Storage Opens in Georgia

Meyer Brother Properties has opened Canton Storage, a 66,608-square-foot facility in Canton, Ga. Absolute Storage Management was appointed to manage the property. The management company oversees more than 6.9 million square feet of storage space, according to Yardi Matrix.

Earlier this year, Absolute Storage was also appointed to manage The Storage Project – Coopers Chapel, in Louisville, Ky.

Located at 150 Reinhardt College Parkway, the new storage is close to major roads, such as Interstate 575 and Freeway 140. Additionally, the asset is located near the Chattahoochee Technical College and is within 7 miles of Reinhardt University. The storage is also positioned within a cluster of eateries and retail centers and it is near residential communities such as the 145-unit Lancaster Ridge.

Canton Storage occupies 2.3 acres and encompasses 583 climate-controlled units ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. The property is gated and features security cameras and parking spaces, as well as on-site management, truck rental, auto-pay options and boxes and moving supplies.
