Dow Jones Equity All REIT Index Price/LTM FFO (x)

As of Jan. 12, the Dow Jones U.S. real estate health-care index posted the highest multiple based from the last 12 months funds from operations among the four focused indexes. The Dow Jones U.S. real estate health-care index posted a 21.03x, followed by the Dow Jones Us Real Estate Industrial index with 17.48x and then Dow Jones equity all REIT index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 16.63x and the Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index with 12.11x. 

Among all the U.S. health-care REITs, Welltower Inc. had the highest price to LTM FFO multiple of 28.3x.
