Real estate service firm Xebec Realty Partners has just completed its third in-fill Los Angeles-area transaction this summer. Xebec has purchased 16.3 acres of industrial land at 6185 Kimball Aenue in Chino, California and is planning a 350,000-square-foot distribution facility for the property.

According to Xebec’s Neil Mishurda, the company plans to continue seeking out in-fill locations in the Los Angeles and West Inland Empire regions. This particular project will be Xebec’s fourth in Chino within the past five years.

Dan Vittone, Al Pekarcik and Nick Frasco of Voit Real Estate Services’ Irvine office, along with Paul Earnhart and Steve Haston of Lee & Associates, represented both buyer and seller.

Xebec was founded in 1996 by Randy Kendrick and John Lehr, who were later joined by Ronny Guerrero and Neil Mishurda. Together the principals have more than 65 years of combined real estate experience.
