WoodSpring Announces Milwaukee Hotel
The construction of the new property will begin in the next six months.

Milwaukee—WoodSpring Hotels has announced it will begin the construction of a new property near downtown Milwaukee and Miller Park in partnership with Macro Hospitality.
The four-story, 123-key extended-stay hotel will be located at 1101 S. 41st St., West Milwaukee, and will include amenities such as guest laundry, in-room kitchens and a fitness center.
“The Miller Park area is an ideal location for a new construction extended-stay hotel. In addition to the demand from downtown businesses, we will be centrally located next to the VA Medical Center, State Fair Park and Potawatomi Casino, and we will be the closest hotel to Miller Park,” said Shariff Syed of Macro Hospitality in prepared remarks.
The construction of the new property will begin in the next six months. Macro Hospitality is also developing a WoodSpring Suites property in Madison, Wisc.
