A new, massive urban community is coming to Northern Virginia. NVR, Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pa., together with Baltimore-based Atapco Properties and the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on June 18, to celebrate the Westmoore, Loudoun County’s first metro community. Loudoun County Chairman, Scott York, and Broad Run District Supervisor, Shawn Williams, were present at the event.
