VISANOW, a leading provider of online immigration services in the U.S., moved into a new office in Chicago.

The 17-year-old company is staying true to its Windy City roots, moving from its old office at 350 N. LaSalle St. into roughly 30,000 square feet of office space at 230 W. Monroe St. in the West Loop.

Following a year of double-digit revenue growth, VISANOW moved its 130+ employees into a state-of-the-art space that features the latest office technologies, including standing workstations and Double Robotics equipment for commuters. The new office can accommodate more than 160 employees.

“Moving our headquarters is the latest milestone in VISANOW’s rapid growth,” Dick Burke, president & CEO of VISANOW, said. “We designed this space to be reflective of our business—transparent and collaborative—and to ensure the well-being of our employees so they can continue to provide an extraordinary level of service to help individuals grow, businesses succeed and families reconnect.”

Designed by Perkins & Will and completed in 1971, 230 W. Monroe is a 29-story, 623,524-square-foot office tower located at the northeast corner of Monroe and Franklins streets. The property is owned by Accesso Partners LLC—formerly Beacon Investment Properties—who acquired the building in 2014 for $122 million.
