UPDATE: Forbes’ Distinction Boosted Sales at Dove Mountain Luxury Community

A private single family community in the Sonoran Desert, northwest of Tucson has booked $18 million in sales during the first half of 2015.

A private single family community in the Sonoran Desert, northwest of Tucson, has booked $18 million in sales during the first half of 2015. The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, announced a total of nine luxury property sales to date, its highest volume in a biannual sales period.

The highly customized, whole-ownership community launched sales in 2009 and has sold a total of 40 properties for $70 million in revenue. Home prices this year have ranged from $1 million to $3.4 million.The community now has 55 home sites available for sale.

In addition to custom home sites, eight customizable floor plans are also available for purchase. Six homes are currently under construction, and another three will break ground later this year.

Homeowners at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain can chose from homes ranging in size from 1,668 to 5,400 square-feet, and can also opt for a set of Custom Estate Home sites that are sized from one- to seven-acres. Residents have full access to the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain resort’s amenity package that includes a 27-hole golf course, private chef and concierge services, spa, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness facilities, and dining. The community features a 45,000-square-foot clubhouse complex.

The strong sales and construction activity at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain follows the Five-Star rating that the community received from Forbes Travel Guide in February. The distinction put the 850-acre resort among the top luxury destinations worldwide.
