Eagle Pointe, Groveland

As MHN reported back in April, Royal Oak Homes has been busy lately with the launch of a new single-family community in Groveland. The local developer announced that it is preparing the grand opening for a set of 127 homes at Eagle Pointe.

Located off Silver Eagle Road and CR 565A, the property offers a selection of three one–story and four two – story customizable floor plans ranging from approximately 1,695 to 3,237 square feet. Seventeen home sites developed in the first phase are either lakefront parcels or have views of Cherry Lake and Cook Lake — two of the 11 lakes known as the Clermont Chain of Lakes. The country-style community is close to South Lake High School and Green Valley Golf Club, a par-72 championship course.

Royal Oak Homes is a family-owned firm and the successor of Cambridge Homes, which has built more than 14,000 homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years. Founded in 2011, Royal Oak ranks among the Orlando area’s most active home builders and is currently working in 17 communities. The homebuilder has scheduled the grand opening event for July 25, according to co-president Matt Orosz. They ultimately plan to build more than 310 homes in several phases at Eagle Pointe.
