Transwestern San Francisco Welcomes Office Leasing Trio

Executive Managing Partner Mike McCarthy, Senior Vice President Brian McCarthy and Senior Associate Madeline Meyersieck joined the company after a very long career with Colliers.

Mike McCarthy, Brian McCarthy and Madeline Meyersieck, who handle leasing for 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in downtown San Francisco, have joined Transwestern after a long career with Colliers International. Their roles in the company will be as follows: Mike McCarthy as executive managing partner, Brian McCarthy as senior vice president and Madeline Meyersieck as senior associate.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Mike McCarthy has been in real estate for more than 34 years. He’s left a position as executive vice president at Colliers, where he’s worked together with Brian McCarthy and Meyersieck as part of the company’s SoMa Team. Brian McCarthy joined Colliers in 2005 after graduating from UCLA while Meyersieck became part of the team as associate only three years ago. 

Over the course of their career, the trio has worked on some of the most notable deals in San Francisco, including The Landmark @ One Market Street, an 11-story LEED Gold building in the city’s Financial District, and 100 Hooper, a recently completed LEED Platinum mixed-use project in the SoMa district. Their client portfolio includes names such as SKS Investments, Hudson Pacific Properties, Kilroy Realty, Nuveen and Mitsui Fudosan America.
