Transwestern Closes CA Office Campus Sale

Transwestern brokered the $10 million sale of the Oak Hill West office campus in Lafayette, Calif., to private buyer Oak Hill Grove LLC. Transwestern Senior Managing Director Edward Del Beccaro, Vice President Sade Ghorban and Associate Matt Hatfield represented the seller.
Located at 3736 to 3746 Mt. Diablo Blvd., the complex comprises 46,935 square feet across four buildings. The site is within close proximity to BART and Highway 24. The current management is committed to enhancing the campus, providing a long-term option for innovative businesses and professionals seeking community-based space in highly desirable central Lafayette.Â
“This was a good opportunity for both buyer and seller. The Lafayette office market is seeing single-digit vacancy and historical rental rates,” said Del Beccaro, in prepared remarks.
Last month, Transwestern facilitated the sale of a 42,380-square-foot flex property in Littleton, Colo.’s High Pointe Business Center.Â
