Transwestern Appoints New Director of Operations

Transwestern has hired Lisa Addeo as director of operations for its New Jersey office. She will be responsible for operations, finance and compliance activities, working closely and providing support for the brokerage team. Additionally, Addeo will manage client-service initiatives and business development. 

Finance experience

The newly appointed director has 15 years of prior commercial and residential real estate experience, serving as chief financial officer of JMF Properties from 2015 to 2017. Her responsibilities included overseeing the firm’s redevelopment projects and everyday office and finance operations. Prior to that, she worked as vice president of finance and operations at Avison Young, where she dealt with the budgeting, forecasting, payroll and human resources operations for the firm’s New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey offices. Other previous roles included controller at The Walsh Co. and accounting manager at The Gale Construction Co.

Addeo received a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the College of Saint Elizabeth.
