The Links at Rosedale Golf & Country Club Adds 221 New Home Sites

Located in Bradenton, Manatee County, Rosedale Golf & Country Club is an award-winning golf community established in 1993. Its newest phase, The Links, has recently been approved for an expansion with 221 home sites on a second site plan.

The Links is built on a 237-acre property and contains a total of 445 single-family home sites, many with premium water views. It has been designed to feature the mature woodlands and natural feel of the existing community. Rosedale officials declared that more than 50 percent of the original 224 parcels have been sold or reserved.

Being a resident of the community comes with the benefit of full access to all the amenities Rosedale has to offer such as the opportunity to purchase golf and tennis memberships. Full-service dining, meeting space, a private members’ lounge, snack bar, patio dining, a fitness center and Junior Olympic swimming pool are available at the community’s newly remodeled 22,000-square-foot clubhouse. Social memberships are mandatory with every home purchase.

Permitting of 45 houses on the new plot is already underway; some of them will be used as models and others as inventory homes or with sales pending. Rosedale Construction has applied for eight permits for current sales plus three inventory homes and one model. M/I Homes and Ashton Woods Homes have submitted 29 inventory homes and five models for permitting combined. John Cannon Homes has applied for one model permit for the time being, but already has plans for more.
