The Jenkins Organization Opens Houston Self Storage
The company has expanded its Texas portfolio with 850 self storage units located in East Houston, around 3 miles from the city’s downtown.

The Jenkins Organization has opened EaDo Storage a 110,000-square-foot Class A facility in Houston. The company also manages the property, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Located at 1025 Sampson St., the asset is in East Houston, near interstates 45 and 69, merely 3 miles from the city’s downtown. EaDo Storage is close to residential areas, there are approximately 27,600 units completed or under construction within a 3-mile radius.
The newly completed three-story development occupies 1.4 acres and encompasses 850 climate- and non-climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. The units also feature elevators and drive-up access, roll-up doors, 12- to 15-foot ceiling heights, three secured and covered loading bays, keypad access, security cameras, LED lighting and online payment options.
The Jenkins Organization is headquartered in Houston and owns self storage assets in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Minnesota and Louisiana. Last year, the firm opened two facilities in Austin, totaling 267,493-square-foot.
