The Allen Morris Company Appoints New Directors

Nathan Hedges and Enrique Piñeiro join The Allen Morris Company as new directors.

MiamiThe Allen Morris Company recently announced that Nathan Hedges has joined the company as a partner and as director of development for Georgia along with Enrique Piñeiro as director of property management and leasing.

Hedges will lead multifamily, office and mixed-use developments, with a focus on infill locations in Atlanta’s urban core. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in managing commercial development and construction in Atlanta and South Carolina. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Hedges was president of Spectrum Real Estate Services.

Allen Morris, chairman and CEO of The Allen Morris Company in a statement for the press. “There are numerous submarkets, especially in Atlanta, that have great potential for needed multifamily, office and mixed-use developments.”

Earlier in his career, Hedges worked with Archstone and Holder Properties. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Piñeiro will oversee the company’s portfolio of properties and ensures that they are fully leased, maintained and operated in accordance with the company’s standards. Piñeiro has more than 28 years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate market, including investment sales, leasing, financial analysis, property management and mortgage lending. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Piñeiro owned Ros Realty Group, Inc., a full-service commercial and residential real estate brokerage.

Piñeiro graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate, and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in international real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker, real estate instructor and community association manager in the state of Florida, as well as a licensed mortgage loan originator.

Piñeiro is actively involved in the South Florida community and volunteers at several organizations. Most recently, he was appointed as vice chair of the Miami-Dade County Affordable Housing Advisory Board for 2016-2017, and as a member of the Miami-Dade County Municipal Advisory Committee serving District 11 for 2016-2018.
