Texas Gains More Altitude with Trampoline Parks

The Lone Star State will soon be jumping for joy as The Woodmont Co. announced that it has helped a trampoline park company ink four new leases in the state.

Texas will soon be jumping for joy. The Woodmont Co. announced that it has helped a trampoline park company ink four new leases in the Lone Star State. Altitude Trampoline Park will be opening new facilities in Austin, Denton, Cedar Hill and Grapevine, according to the announcement.

The leases total approximately 140,000 square feet of space. They are as follows:

  • Austin: a five-year, 39,805-square-foot lease at Cannon West Shopping Center;
  • Denton: a 10-year, 33,530-square-foot lease at a former Alberton’s site located at 2434 S. I-35E;
  • Cedar Hill: a seven-year, 33,421-square-foot lease at Lakeridge Shopping Center;
  • Grapevine: a seven-year, 32,637-square-foot lease at Grapevine Mills Crossing.

“With these new leases, Altitude Trampoline Park now has a total of 10 locations open or under construction,” Joseph Williams, vice president with The Woodmont Co., said in a prepared statement. “Altitude is continuing its growth strategy and is currently searching for two new corporate locations and another 20 franchise sites on a national basis.”
