Months after opening a location in Houston, national co-working and flexible office space provider TechSpace Holding Co. will open its 10th campus in Arlington, Va. The firm will take up the entire eighth floor, or 20,000 square feet of space, at Two Liberty Center, a premier 177,429-square-foot office asset owned by The Shooshan Co. The location will be named TechSpace Arlington and is expected to open in June 2018.

The tenant will transform the leased area into 56 private, interconnected office suites with 189 workstations and co-working desks. Other perks will include multiple productivity spaces such as conference rooms and collaboration lounges. Common area amenities include a rooftop terrace, bike storage, locker rooms and showers.

Vibrant neighborhood

The property is located at 4075 Wilson Blvd., in the city’s Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. Neighborhood amenities include the upcoming Ballston Quarter development, retailers, restaurants, banks and hotels. Transportation is facilitated by a nearby metro station and multiple bus stations, in addition to Interstate 66 and Route 50, which provide easy access to and from Washington, D.C.

Our new Arlington location extends TechSpace’s heritage of delivering extraordinary flexible, modern office space and technology services to all businesses as well as enterprise companies,” TechSpace CEO Victor Memenas said in a prepared statement. “We’re excited to bring our model of creative flexible office space and collaborative social experience combined with our exceptional customer service to the Arlington community.”
