TCC Promotes Matt Nunn to VP

West Conshohocken, Pa.—Trammell Crow Co. announced the promotion of Matt Nunn as vice president within the company’s NE Metro Business Unit. He will be responsible for the financial modeling, underwriting and execution of various developments, as well as the implementation of property business plans and capital budgets.
“In the last three years, he (Nunn) has successfully delivered more than 2 million square feet of industrial space and built excellent relationships with our partners, lenders, brokers, and tenants,” Jeff Goggins, senior managing director with TCC’s NE Metro Business Unit, said in a statement.
Nunn joined TCC’s team in 2014. Prior to this, he has worked on the plant management team for NVR Inc., where he oversaw the manufacturing of over 2,000 residential units. He was responsible for material purchasing, scheduling and logistics, customer service and quality control in all phases of the construction process.
He holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BA degree from Vassar College.
