Taylor Morrison is continuing its Austin expansion with the launch of Founders Ridge in Dripping Springs, where the homebuilder acquired more than 100 acres last summer.

Founders Ridge is located within the Dripping Springs Independent School District (ISD), in close proximity to Dripping Springs Elementary School. Less than a mile away, Founders Memorial Park offers ball fields, pool, covered pavilion, and playgrounds.

“Our new community in Dripping Springs will provide the quiet serenity of a secluded Hill Country community along with easy access to premier shopping and dining in downtown Austin,” said Tim Towell, president of Taylor Morrison’s Austin division, in a statement.

The community will feature expansive green space, mature wooded acreage, a natural pond, extensive trail system, and native landscaping. Residents can choose from nine different open-concept floor plans ranging in size from 2,064 square feet to 3,711 square feet. The single-family homes feature mahogany front doors, vinyl windows, and granite kitchen countertops. While prices start from the low $300,000s, prospective buyers can opt for features such as additional guest bedrooms, bay windows and extended covered patios.

“Founders Ridge residents will be able to escape the city and relax in a community with a small-town feel without being far from the energetic Austin nightlife,” Towell added.
