TailoredSpace Expands Metro LA Footprint
This is the company's 14th location.

TailoredSpace has opened its latest coworking space at 40 E. Verdugo Ave., near downtown Burbank, Calif. The flex office occupies an entire 25,000-square-foot building.
TailoredSpace Burbank marks the company’s 14th location across Greater Los Angeles, following broader coworking space trends seen throughout Southern California.
The location features a podcast and recording studio, a large event space with patio, move-in ready desks, on-site staff, several kitchens and 24-hour member access. On average, TailoredSpace campuses have a 95 percent occupancy rate.
The flex office building is just off Interstate 5, which connects TailoredSpace Burbank to downtown Los Angeles. The property is within a 1-mile radius of IKEA, The Home Depot, Macy’s, as well as several other retail options and eateries. The Griffith Park and Los Angeles Zoo are within 2 miles south.
TailoredSpace keeps busy
Launched in 2019, TailoredSpace operates flex offices exclusively across California, namely in Brea, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Laguna Niguel, Riverside and West Covina, among others. The company also opened coworking locations in San Clemente and San Diego earlier this year. TailoredSpace San Clemente is the city’s first full-service flex office, measuring 10,500 square feet, while the San Diego location has 12,000 square feet.
Currently, TailoredSpace has two new locations under construction, in Old Towne Orange and Solana Beach, as well as two others already scheduled for a grand opening—one in Oceanside next month and the second one in Santa Clarita, slated for 2026.
