The development is just a part of the overall Park Highlands development initiative, and the recent approval essentially means that that large plot of land is being divided into East and West master-plans.
Three Multifamily Communities Coming Soon to Tucson-Area
The Estates at Madera Highlands, Westview Point and Sycamore Canyon – three master planned properties to keep tabs on over the second half of the year. Richmond American Homes of Arizona, a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. recently purchased the lands located in Sahuarita, Tucson and Vail and proposed to finish all site works and have the communities open within the next four months.
HB Construction Builds $10M Boys & Girls Club With Funding From J.F Maddox Foundation
J.F Maddox Foundation, the philanthropic foundation which invests in education, community development, and social programs, has offered funding for a new $10 million Boys & Girls Club facility at 301 E. TIAA-CREF Closes Second Deal with JBG This Month, Buying The Woodley
The JBG Companies and TIAA-CREF are doing business again. At the start of the month, JBG sold the The Louis at 14th/U, a residential and retail development located in the heart of the U Street Corridor-Logan Circle neighborhood, to the financial services firm. Now, the Chevy Chase-based company has closed the sale of The Woodley, a new residential development in Washington, D.C.’s desirable Woodley Park neighborhood. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. HFF arranged the sale between JBG and TIAA-CREF.
