Weston Offers 93,000 SF of Industrial Space for Lease in Twinsburg
The Cleveland industrial market has had a good start to 2013. This is why Weston Inc., a commercial real estate company and one of Northeast Ohio’s largest privately held industrial building owners and managers, is offering 93,000 square feet of industrial space at its new facility in Cleveland’s Southeast Submarket.
ONE Ala Moana Luxury Condominium High-Rise Breaks Ground
Construction has begun on the “ONE Ala Moana” luxury condominium tower in downtown Honolulu. According to the Pacific Business News, Albert C. Kobayashi Inc. has been appointed general contractor for the 23-story, 206-unit residential high-rise. The project’s developer, HHMK Development, made the announcement on April 5th during a traditional Hawaiian pre-construction blessing ceremony held at the site of the new development. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2014.

The second Radisson Blu in the Twin Cities will soon open after San Francisco-based Chartres Lodging Group closed on the $28 million acquisition of the Radisson Plaza Hotel Minneapolis, paving the way for the downtown hotel’s conversion.
New Development in City’s Arts District Set to Reopen Market for Condo Homes
The Barker Block condo development will become the first new for-sale development in the city for quite some time and will offer 309 residential units to potential buyers in the Arts District. The final phase will include the construction of 68 units for an investment of around $25 million. With the backing of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, the community will be added to the city official’s Clean Tech Lab initiative for the surrounding district.
Kaiser Permanente Opens The South Baltimore County Corner Medical Center in Halethorpe
Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States, an award-winning not-for-profit health plan and care provider, has opened a new, state-of-the-art medical center this month, in Halethorpe, Maryland. Called the South Baltimore County Corner Medical Center, it will offer ”a broad array of services including specialty and primary care.”

First Martin Corporation, a real estate company that specializes in office, research, flex and retail space in Ann Arbor, is in the very preliminary stages of a redeveloping a long vacant property on the city’s north side into a 251-unit residential complex, AnnArbor.com reports. The company has owned the property at 2225 Traverwood Drive and an adjacent office building since the 1990s.
