Two of Quadrangle Corporate Park’s single-story office buildings totaling 82,175 square feet have a new owner following a $13,570,000transaction. The value of the acquisition translates as $165 per square foot.

Windward Lakes Condominiums in Pompano Beach and Southwood Condominiums in South Miami-Dade changed hands recently, Franklin Street announced. The Tampa-headquartered commercial real estate firm completed the two bulk deals with Regional Managing Partner Deme Mekras and Senior Director Elliot Shainberg representing the buyers as well as the sellers in both transactions. The sales included a total of 178 units.
Holcomb Woods Business Park Picked Up by Rugby Realty Associate
New Rochelle, NY-based RexxHall Realty LLC, an affiliate of Rugby Realty, LLC has recently announced the acquisition of Holcomb Woods Business Park. The four single-story office buildings totaling 240,000 square feet are located in Roswell, North Fulton County along Georgia 400. The portfolio was 70% leased at the time of acquisition according to a written announcement released by the buyer.
Coronal-Panasonic Acquires Avalon Solar Project
The 35-megawatt Avalon Solar Project changed hands recently, the buyer – Coronal Group LLC – announced. While Coronal owns and manages the asset, Panasonic Eco Solutions, a unit of Panasonic Corporation of North America will oversee the operations and management of the project. Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation was the financing provider for the sale.

New Hampton Inn & Suites Breaks Ground in Midtown Miami
The joint venture behind the new Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Midtown Miami recently announced to begin the construction of the 151-room property. Mayan Properties partnered with 3H Group Hotels and Arti Hersi, Inc. for the development.
