Highwoods Sells 11 Office Buildings for $40.7M
Highwoods Properties sold eleven of its Henrico County office properties last month in two separate transactions to two different buyers. The total sales price was $40.7 million.
Morgan-Olayan JV Snaps Up Mid-Atlantic M-F Portfolio
A joint venture between Morgan Properties and The Olayan Group has acquired a large multi-family portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. Berkshire Property Advisors sold the properties, most of them located in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, for a total price of $309 million.
Rockrose Buys 2000 L St. Office Building in DC from Brookfield for $192M
Washington, D.C., witnessed the closing of another huge office transaction this week, as the Rockrose Development Corp., in its quest to increase its presence in the District’s office market, acquired the building at 2000 L St., NW, for $192 million, or about $479 per square foot.
