Following the acquisition of Greensboro Park in Tysons, Va., Velocis and Altus Realty will use the five-year loan to fund the purchase price.
Velocis, Altus Buy 500 KSF DC-Area Office Campus
The partners purchased Greensboro Park, a two-building complex in Tysons, Va., from Beacon Capital, and tapped JLL to manage it. The deal marks Velocis’ fourth office acquisition in Northern Virginia.
