Denver—Human resources technology firm SyncHR has moved its corporate headquarters to downtown Denver. Though previously based in Oakland, Calif., the company also had an office in the Mile-High City with roughly 50 employees. SyncHR moved to 1099 18th St., Suite 2850 last month, according to The Denver Post. The 31-story building known as the Granite Tower is conveniently situated within the two-city block Denver Place high-rise complex in downtown Denver.
The company was drawn by the metro’s growing tech-savvy workforce. “Colorado is a thriving business community with important resources to help technology-focused companies like SyncHR flourish,” SyncHR CEO Pamela Glick said in a statement. “Moving to Denver provides increased opportunities for collaboration with other technology leaders in the Front Range and offers a more central U.S. location to better service our clients throughout North America.”
SyncHR hopes to increase its employee base at its Oakland and Sofia, Bulgaria offices, while also expanding its Colorado footprint.
According to the Colorado Office of Technology of Economic Development and Trade, “Colorado is a leading high-tech state with the second most educated workforce in the country, third highest concentration of high-tech workers nationwide and high-tech exports totaling more than $2.9 billion per year.”
