Stream Realty Partners Appoints New Managing Director in Dallas

J.J. Leonard to lead strategic opportunities for Stream Realty Partners' office division throughout the DFW region.

Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas office announced the appointing of J.J. Leonard as managing director of Stream’s office division. The title makes Leonard responsible for leading the strategic direction and operation of Dallas’ office team; he will focus on expanding Stream’s office leasing and management platform throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.

“J.J. represents everything that Stream stands for: he is passionate about his clients, his team and working each day to get better. J.J. Leonard has more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, all is Dallas. During his career, he completed over 5 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value of $1 billion.

The new managing director graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1995. Prior to joining Stream, Leonard acted as a senior director for the leasing division at Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas. Among the properties he has leased and/or managed during his career are: the Colonnade, The Apex, The Point, Preston Commons, Sterling Plaza, One MacArthur Ridge, and 3500 Maple.
