Stone Brewing to Open SoCal Beer-Themed Hotel
The company partnered with Untitled Hospitality for the $26 million property, which is slated to welcome guests by early 2018.

San Diego—Stone Brewing recently announced plans to develop the beer-themed Stone Hotel. The $26 million property, developed in partnership with Untitled Hospitality, will be located in Escondido, Calif. Thirty miles northeast of downtown San Diego, the hotel will be situated in close proximity to Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens.
The 99-key property will include three bars, a fitness center, walking trails, an 8,000-square-foot ballroom, 10,000-square-foot rooftop garden with a pool, and approximately one acre of outdoor event space. BASILE Studio will be in charge of interior design.
Amenities will include complimentary beer at check-in, in-room beer delivery and priority seating at the Stone Brewing-owned bistro across the street. Stone Hotel is expected to welcome guests by early 2018.
