Stirling Capital Investments Appoints New VP

Foothill Ranch, Calif.—Stirling Capital Investments announced the appointment of Anita Tuckerman as its new Vice President of Asset Services and Corporate Relations. Tuckerman was promoted to the position following a 14-year stint with the Foothill Ranch-based value-added development company.

As VP of Asset Services and Corporate Relations, Tuckerman will manage the company’s assets and tenant relations programs, handling asset management, planning, leasing and marketing of Stirling’s property holdings. She holds a B.A. in communications from California State University, Fullerton, and is licensed real estate agent.

According to company President & CEO Dougall Agan, Tuckerman “has always complemented her role at Stirling with leadership positions in the communities surrounding our projects.”

To that point, Tuckerman is a member of San Bernardino County Workforce Development Departments, the Victor Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she also served as Chairman of the Board between 2013 and 2014. Her involvement also includes presences on the St. Mary’s St. Joseph Health Care Foundation Board, the Ocean Ranch Business Association, the City of Victorville’s Redevelopment Oversight Committee, the High Desert Opportunity Committee, as well as the Global Access Business Association, where she holds the position of Vice President.
