SVN | Chicago Commercial recently brokered the $1.2 million sale of a self-storage facility in Carpentersville, Ill., as well as a 27,000-square-foot lease for Northwest Health Care Associates in Hoffman Estates, Ill.

The company arranged the sale of a 23,064-square-foot, climate-controlled self-storage facility at 250 Williams St. in Carpentersville, Ill. SVN | Chicago represented the undisclosed seller in the $1,260,000 transaction.

“This well-located, build-to-suit development offered potential tenants a perfect opportunity to benefit from high-quality, energy efficient new construction; flexible, customizable design; and unmatched access retails amenities and major area expressways and thoroughfares,” Albert Lindeman, senior vice president at SVN | Chicago Commercial, said. According to Lindeman, the new location will also allow Northwest Health Care Associates to accommodate future growth in a cost-effective manner.

Northwest Health Care Associates’ new office will be located at the intersection of the I-90 and Barrington Road, roughly 30 miles away from downtown Chicago. The building will be built right across from AMITA Health Hoffman Estates, Illinois-St. Alexius Medical Center SAM. Owner and developer Caruso Development Corp. partnered with Interwork Architects and EJ Loberg Construction on the project. Albert Lindeman represented Caruso Development in the lease deal.
