Southlake Becomes More Hospitable

Fillmore Capital Partners and Medici Development Partners, in conjunction with Fillmore Hospitality and Choice Hotels International Inc., have announced the groundbreaking of a 175-room hotel dubbed Cambria Southlake DFW North. The event also marks the grand opening of Kimball Park, a mixed-use commercial development located  at State Highway 114 and Kimball Avenue in Southlake, Texas.

Upon completion, Kimball Park will include the Cambria Hotel; 115,000 square feet of Class A office space; 4,000 square feet of retail; and three restaurants.

The hotel has been slated to open in late 2016 and will feature amenities such as a bistro; a fitness center; an outdoor area; and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space.

Ron Silva, president & CEO of Fillmore Capital Partners, is confident that Kimball Park will quickly become “one of the area’s premier destinations” due to the fact that it is one of only two properties in the city that integrates lodging, office, restaurant and retail in one place. “We are excited to grow our partnership with the Cambria brand as part of another successful hotel opening,” he added.
