Rennova Health to Buy Nashville-Area Hospital
Located at 436 W. Central Ave., the medical facility offers a 24-hour emergency department, featuring two spacious trauma bays and seven private exam rooms.

Rennova Health Inc.—a vertically integrated provider of diagnostics and supportive software solutions for the health-care industry—has agreed to buy Tennova Healthcare – Jamestown, an 85-bed medical facility in Jamestown, Tenn., from Community Health Systems Inc., thus marking the company’s second acquisition in the area. The deal also includes a Jamestown-based doctor’s practice and clinic.
Located at 436 W. Central Ave., the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations-certified hospital offers a 24-hour emergency department, featuring two trauma bays and seven private exam rooms, a progressive-care unit, as well as both inpatient and outpatient medical services. What’s more, the radiology department features digital imaging services, including basic radiography, digital fluoroscopy, CT, nuclear medicine, mammography and ultrasound. The surgery center features a six-bed pre-op unit and four surgical suites.
The property offers easy access to S. Main Street, E. Central Avenue and US-127 BYP. Burden Drug Store, Jamestown Internal Medicine, Hall Family Pharmacy, Medi-Thrift Pharmacy, Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County, Highlands Church of the Cumberlands and Potters Ace Home Center are all located nearby. The transaction is expected to close in June 2018.
