Redfin Triples Office Space at Chicago’s O’Hare Plaza

Chicago—Seattle-based real estate brokerage Redfin has expanded its office lease at O’Hare Plaza in the Windy City. Come December, the company will triple its current footprint of 8,600 square feet and bring together real estate agents, operations managers and support staff at the Chicago location.

“Our number one focus is making buying and selling a home easier and more efficient for our customers,” Redfin Great Lakes District Manager Dario Medina said in a statement. “This expansion allows our vital behind-the-scenes staff to grow in support of that mission.”

Located at 8725, 8735, 8745 and 8755 W. Higgins Road, O’Hare Plaza offers four interconnected office buildings with recently updated lobbies and common areas, and is conveniently situated just off the I-90 near O’Hare International Airport. Amenities at the site include underground and covered parking, 24/7 security and access, fitness center, newly renovated conference facility, café and sit-down restaurant, and on-site management and leasing by JLL.

“The light-filled space, the easy access to transit and highways, as well as the proximity to O’Hare and nearby hotels make it a natural fit for Redfin, a national brokerage with a strong presence in Chicago,” added Medina.
