Montana Welcomes Seventh Red Lion Hotel

The 230-key property in Billings features 26,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, and is in close proximity to local attractions and cultural events.

Billings, Mont.—The Billings Hotel and Convention Center in Montana is now under Red Lion Hotels Corp.’s umbrella. The hotel, now dubbed the Red Lion Hotel and Convention Center, marks the brand’s seventh hospitality asset in The Treasure State. Businessman Jeff Muri, who acquired the property in 1999, still holds ownership of the property.

The 230-key hotel is located at 1223 Mullowney Lane, near the Billings Logan International Airport and City Center. Guests at the Red Lion Hotel and Convention Center can benefit from the hotel’s amenities, which include a 26,000-square-foot convention and meeting center, an indoor pool with multiple waterslides, restaurant and lounge, business center, fitness center and guest laundry. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also part of the property’s amenity package.

“The Red Lion Hotel and Convention Center in Billings will be a hub for the larger meetings and conventions audience looking to experience convenience and culture,” Brian Quinn, senior vice president & chief franchise officer for RLHC, said in prepared remarks. “The unique property offerings and proximity to local attractions align with our diverse and growing portfolio while catering to the needs of the western traveler.”
