Raleigh-Area Homewood Suites Opens Doors
Parks Hospitality Group owns and operates the 108-key, all-suite hotel. The ground-up, six-story construction project kicked off in early 2017.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40
The 108-key Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40 has opened for business. The owner and operator, Parks Hospitality Group, broke ground on the structure in early 2017. The new asset joins a long list of recently opened hospitality properties in the Raleigh-Durham area.
Bank of North Carolina provided a $12.6 million construction mortgage to finance the development, according to Wake County records. The loan matures in 2023.
Accessible location
Located at 555 Crossroads Blvd. in Cary, N.C., the six-story, all-suite property is positioned alongside Interstate 40, providing convenient access throughout the region. A wide range of shopping and dining options are situated in the immediate area. The hotel offers both studios and one-bedroom suites. Guest amenities include a business center, swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center and on-site parking.
“Our hotel is in a great location and offers tremendous value-added amenities and conveniences that appeal to extended-stay or overnight travelers,” said Trevor Walden, vice president of operations and sales for Parks Hospitality, in a prepared statement.
