Radians Opens Salt Lake City Distribution Center
The building is part of a 3,000-acre industrial development.
Radians has opened its first distribution center in Salt Lake City. The Memphis-based manufacturer has one more distribution facility in Thomasville, N.C.
Radians’ new warehouse is part of SLC Global Logistics Center, the 3,000-acre industrial development of Wadsworth Development Group, Stokes Stevenson and Colmena Group. The tenant leased an 82,423-square-foot space at Building 8 of Phase One in 2025, according to Yardi Matrix information.
Completed in 2024, the warehouse totals 205,340 square feet at 781 N. 6715 W. Road. The building has 32-foot clear heights, three grade-level doors, 35 dock-high doors, an ESFR fire protection system and 161 parking spaces.

The rear-load facility is just off Interstate 80 and 7 miles west of Interstate 215. It is also partially rail served. Salt Lake City International Airport is some 6 miles east, while downtown Salt Lake City is 10 miles away.
Salt Lake City’s industrial market witnessed strong leasing and modest construction activity in 2025, according to a fourth-quarter CBRE report. Total leases amounted to nearly 12 million square feet, while deliveries totaled just 2.5 million square feet.

SLC Global Logistics Center includes some 50 million square feet of speculative or build-to-suit industrial space. Phase One features 13 buildings in various stages of development, set to total 5.5 million square feet at full build-out.
Phase One is home to several large companies such as Amazon and Walmart, among others. Amazon leased the 585,912-square-foot Building 3, while Walmart occupies the 1 million-square-foot Building 4 acquired last year.
