Prescient, a fully integrated design, engineering and construction solution for the construction industry, announced that Magued Eldaief was appointed as CEO. He will replace Satyen Patel, who will continue his role as Prescient executive chairman. Eldaief has served as a member of Prescient’s advisory’s board since 2015.

As a former General Electric executive, Eldaief managed major construction projects, spending more than 27 years with the company. He also had significant exposure to different divisions and functions throughout the organization including sales and marketing, strategic planning, project structuring and regional and global business unit leadership.

“(Eldaief’s) extensive operating experience across global markets will be invaluable as we target the U.S., NAFTA, and international markets,” Prescient Executive Chairman Satyen Patel said in prepared remarks. “Prescient is poised to make significant inroads into the $1 trillion segment of the US multi-unit housing & construction industry.”

Back in December 2016, Prescient partnered with Trammell Crow to complete two apartment projects in Denver.
