Patrick Murphy Moves to Cushman & Wakefield

In his 36 years of practice, Murphy represented major clients such as Citigroup, UBS Financial Services, Time Warner, Société Générale or KPMG.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Patrick Murphy, an industry veteran specialized in commercial brokerage services, has joined the firm’s New York City brokerage group as executive vice chairman.

With more than 35 years of experience in real estate, Murphy worked at CBRE for 15 years as executive managing director of the New York Tri-State suburban markets, where he oversaw six offices in New Jersey, Connecticut, Westchester and Long Island. Murphy was the executive sponsor of the African American Network Group at CBRE. Prior to working for CBRE, Murphy served as consultant for Insignia ESG, where he focused of national accounts, and as executive vice president for Baker Harris CPC. He is a member of REBNY and Corenet Global. He received a bachelor of arts degree in history from Hamilton College.
