Los Angeles– The Pacific Design Center continued to build its creative tenant base with the recent addition of East Coast-based Digital Brand Architects. The boutique marketing communications firm inked an agreement for 9,000 square feet of space at PDC’s RedBuilding in West Hollywood. Recently, a number of similar deals have greatly improved occupancy at the Red and Green buildings, creating substantial leasing momentum at the iconic office towers.

Digital Brands Architects used representation from Cresa Los Angeles/Travers during the deal, while the owner was represented by a team consisting of the RedBuilding’s JLL brokerage team, and Cohen Brothers Realty’s Senior Vice President/National Director of Leasing Marc Horowitz.
