DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at Sea World is, as its name suggests, directly adjacent to SeaWorld in an area known for its myriad of tourists’ attractions, theme parks, restaurants, retail options and of course the recently opened Orlando Eye. Forum Architecture and Interior Design set out the plans and Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. has been hired as the general contractor for the project. Wells Fargo provided the construction financing.

HFF has arranged financing for the Windermere Cay multifamily property in Winter Garden.

The Gallery at Mills Park, a 310-unit Class AA multifamily infill asset located in Downtown Orlando changed hands recently, JLL Capital Markets announced. An institutional investor of undisclosed identity purchased the property for $66.5 million. The sales price translates to approximately $215,000 per unit.
