For almost one year, Delta Defense LLC has worked with The Opus Group and architecture firm Kahler Slater to build its new headquarters. The two-story, 60,000-square-foot facility in West Bend Corporate Center is now fully operational and accommodates the company’s growing employee base.
Last fall, Delta Defense announced it had specific requirements for the new office building. As a result, the property features an open layout and a large office space, a call center, a fitness center, training rooms, an 8,000-square-foot fulfillment area for the company’s printing and shipping services, and a fully equipped studio for Delta’s recording or live broadcasting needs.
The facility also includes a two-story open flex space of 5,000 square feet with a big seating area and outdoor patio where the company can hold meetings and events for its associates and the community. Outside, the parking lot can accommodate 176 vehicles.
Delta Defense started to operate from its new headquarters in March. The 36-acre site is visible from Highway 45 and is close to the company’s previous location.
Opus Design Build LLC was the design-builder for this project, Opus AE Group, LLC was the architect and structural engineer of record, while Kahler Slater was the design architect and interior designer.
