LaSalle incorporates a fitness center, conference center, indoor parking, restaurant, sundry shop, concierge service, and banking facilities. Located in downtown Chicago, the LEED Silver-certified property offers tenants easy access to expressways, trains and bus lines, as well as panoramic views of the Chicago River.

According to a news release, Joseph Gordon of Tishman Speyer represented the landlord in the transaction. Tiffany Winne and Lisa Davidson of Savills Studley negotiated the lease terms for One North Interactive. The digital agency plans to move into the new office space June 1st, 2015.
