Office Evolution Expands Illinois Portfolio
The seven-story property offers more than 80 fully-furnished offices, co-working spaces, virtual office services and several conference rooms.

Chicago—Office Evolution has partnered with international businessman Leonard Chitekwe-Mwale to open a new 23,000-square-foot business center.
Located at 2300 N. Barrington Road in Hoffman Estates, the seven-story property offers more than 80 fully-furnished offices, co-working spaces, virtual office services, a front desk receptionist, several conference rooms and private mail boxes. Built in 1985, the Class B asset also includes a 475-stall parking lot and is LEED-certified.
“Our mission is to help these entrepreneurs grow their businesses with flexible, on-demand office space without adding significant overhead expense,” said Mark Hemmeter, founder & CEO, in prepared statements. “We focus on those small businesses with one to five employees working out of their homes or the local coffee shop.”
Office Evolution, a Colorado-based national B2B franchise offering co-working spaces, fully-furnished and virtual offices, currently has almost 100 locations across the country, one of which is in Chicago.
