NKF Makes New Hires in Its Minneapolis Office

As part of NKF’s Minneapolis expansion, the company added three new brokers: Steve Shepherd, Matt Elder and Teresa Lingg. They joined NKF from Colliers International.

NKF has expanded its Minneapolis office team with three new brokers. Steve Shepherd was hired as managing director, while Matt Elder and Teresa Lingg have joined the company as associate directors. They will be focusing on tenant and landlord representation assignments throughout the Twin Cities area.

Shepherd, Elder and Lingg are joining NKF from Colliers International. Shepherd brings more than 14 years of experience, working for clients such as Piedmont Office Realty Trust, CSM Corp., Ryan Cos., Swervo Development and Rialto Capital. He specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiation, site analysis and selection, property marketing, transaction analysis and property disposition/acquisition.

Fast growing team 

Elder served as an associate at Colliers International for more than two years. He holds a B.S. in business administration and management at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Lingg specializes in the representation of both tenants and landlords as well as sale and leasing of commercial properties located throughout Minneapolis. She worked as an associate at Colliers International for more than three years.

NKF’s recent additions to its Minneapolis office included Brent Erickson as managing director and Erik Ordway as associate director.
