Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has named Jack Hoskins senior managing director of its Tampa office. In his new role, he will focus on tenant representation within the law firm, regional headquarter and shared service sectors.

Prior to this appointment, Hoskins served as senior vice president of CBRE for 16 years, where he assisted companies in developing and implementing facility strategies. Additionally, Hoskins has gained experience in renegotiating existing leases and analyzing relocation alternatives. The transactions he has cinched in the Tampa market include leases in excess of 50,000 square feet, such as those with Provest, Allstate Insurance Co. and The Mosaic Co., as well as leases closer to 40,000 square feet, including Florida Medical Quality Assurance and DLA Piper.

“Hoskins is a marquee hire as we expand our Tampa footprint and position the region for growth and market share,” said John Esposito, senior managing director of NKF, in prepared remarks. “He is an established player with an incredible track record and a strong client following. He will thrive in our global platform and entrepreneurial environment.”
