Washington—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced that Bart Drummond has recently joined the company’s Washington, D.C., office as executive managing director. In his new position, Drummond will focus on tenant representation throughout the metropolitan D.C. area.
Bringing 20 years of experience in client representation to the table, Drummond previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group as executive director. He has also served on the board of trustees of the Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation and on the board of directors for the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors.
“With extensive experience in public incentive negotiations and comprehensive multi-market transaction management, Drummond will be a beneficial negotiator, transaction manager and knowledgeable leader for the Washington, D.C., office,” said Brendan Owen, NGKF chairman, asset services, in a prepared statement.
Drummond holds a Masters of Science degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University.
