New SpringHill Suites Opens in Denver Area
Bedford Lodging owns the 127-key Marriott hotel located within walking distance of Colorado Mills Mall, roughly 10 miles west of the metro's downtown.
Marriott’s SpringHill Suites flag has opened a new property in the Denver area. Owned by Bedford Lodging, the 127-key SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden will be managed by InterMountain Management.
Located at 1315 Colorado Mills Parkway in Lakewood, Colo., the four-story property provides easy access to Red Rocks Amphitheater, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, St. Anthony’s Medical Center and Coors Brewery. The city’s international airport is approximately 35 miles away, while the Breckenridge and Vail ski resorts are both within a 90-minute ride.
SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden is located next to Colorado Mills Mall—a 1.1 million-square-foot Simon Property Group shopping center—roughly 10 miles west of downtown Denver. Colorado Mills Mall is anchored by several tenants, including a SuperTarget, United Artists Theaters, Burlington, Jumpstreet, Dick’s Sporting Goods, H&M, Nike Factory Store, Eddie Bauer Outlet, Forever 21 and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH.
Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, 24-hour market, same-day laundry facility, game room, meeting room, on-site parking and car rental service.
