TMG Partners has promoted a quartet of company veterans. The San Francisco-based mixed-use developer recently announced that it has appointed David Cropper, Lynn Tolin, Matt Field, and Zoa Town to new roles.
Following a 15-year stint with the company, Cropper will become TMG’s new Development Director. Currently a managing director in charge of the company’s Silicon Valley operations, Cropper has three decades of experience in development, entitlement, construction and finance. He is also a member of the company’s investment committee. A partner in more than 15 million square feet of development transactions at TMG since joining the company in 2000, he recently led the acquisition and redevelopment of Cisco Systems’ former headquarters.
Tolin will take on the role of COO and will oversee property and asset management, accounting, legal affairs and administration. In 26 years with the company, she has overseen the management of roughly 20 million square feet of various property types.
Chief Investment Officer Matt Field will add new responsibilities as chairman of the investment committee. Now in charge of asset acquisitions and dispositions for the Bay Area, Field will also handle managing acquisitions and dispositions, supporting development with lead responsibility for the real estate portfolio.
Zoa Town joined TMG 14 years ago, most recently serving as assistant asset and property manager. As vice president of property and asset management, she will report to Tomlin and assume full responsibility for the TMG Portfolio.
