TSG Group has selected CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for DD41, a planned commercial development in Miami’s Design District. The retail project will encompass nearly 9,000 square feet of leasable space on a 0.18-acre site TSG Group acquired in 2015.

Located at the intersection of 41st Street and North Miami Avenue, DD41 will feature three stories of artistic and contemporary style retail space. The site is close to the recently completed Institute of Contemporary Art and De la Cruz Collection, directly neighboring the area’s designer boutiques and restaurants.

Prominent location

CBRE Senior Vice President Paco Diaz will spearhead leasing efforts for DD41, while architecture firm Royal Byckovas has been hired to design the project. DD41 presents a preeminent retail option for brands that wish to join the neighborhood alongside names such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin and Tiffany & Co. The development is in the proximity of The Museum Garage, a 900-car parking structure curated by Terence Riley of K/R Architects.

“The Design District has become the nation’s cosmopolitan playground. With CBRE’s extensive market knowledge, we are confident that DD41 will seamlessly blend into the fabric of the community and be a strong draw for high-street retailers seeking their place in this burgeoning district,” said Camilo Lopez, CEO & managing partner of TSG Group, in prepared remarks.
