DBM Ventures is bringing a $25 million mixed-use project to Scottsdale, Ariz. The property is slated to debut this summer.

Located at the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane, the new 53,000-square-foot development known as Chauncey Lane will bring a broad range of high-end retailers, restaurants and fitness centers alongside adjacent luxury residences. LGE Design Build is serving as general contractor and Cawley Architect and AV3 Design Studio will be taking on the role of lead architects for the project.

Walkable, amenity-rich

From its walkability to its luxurious exterior and interior features, every element of Chauncey Lane will be thoughtfully, artfully designed and executed,” LGE Design Build’s President & CEO David Sellers said in prepared remarks.

Additionally, JLB Partners will be developing an adjacent luxury residential component that will boast more than 300 units with state-of-the-art amenities, common areas and top-tier features, including a rooftop clubhouse with a pool. The overall development is expected to be completed by the summer of 2018.

From a developmental perspective, this part of Scottsdale is an ideal investment opportunity. There’s a strong existing residential component, productive, successful people and an incomparable quality of life,” Bret Anderson of DBM Ventures said.
