New KB Home Community Selling in Tucson at Prices from $192,000-$243,000

A new neighborhood in southeast Tucson, La Cima Esplendora has launched sales recently, as announced by KB Homes.

KB Homes announced sales has launched at La Cima Esplendora, a new neighborhood in southeast Tucson.

Prices range from $192,990 to $243,990, and six floor plans will be available. The one- and two-story homes are sized between 1,718 and 2,723 square feet, and can be built with up to six bedrooms and three baths. Buyers will be able to tailor their chosen floor plan to their preferences.

The property is located at the corner of Houghton and Escalante Roads, with convenient access to the University of Arizona Science and Technology Park and other top Tucson employers such as the Raytheon, the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and the University of Arizona. In addition, the community is close to hiking, biking and camping in the Santa Catalina and Rincon mountains, and the area also serves as a gateway to Saguaro National Park East. The homes at La Cima Esplendora are designed to be energy efficient and meet Energy Star certified standards. All units come equipped with water efficient faucets signed with EPA’s WaterSense label.
